About Miss Fil-Am Florida
Now celebrating its 10th Anniversary, Miss Fil-Am Florida is far more than a beauty pageant — it is a leadership and cultural platform that empowers young Filipino-American women to become confident leaders, cultural ambassadors, and global citizens.
Through a dynamic combination of scholarship, cultural pride, personal development, and global service, the pageant provides contestants with life-changing experiences while promoting Filipino heritage across Florida.
Each year, proceeds from the pageant also support international outreach through our partnership with Gawad Kalinga, directly funding youth immersion trips and poverty alleviation efforts in the Philippines.
Miss Fil-Am Florida proudly serves as a bridge between generations, cultures, and communities — creating impact both locally and globally.

For the past decade, the Miss Fil-Am Florida Pageant has empowered young Filipino-American women to lead with confidence, celebrate their cultural heritage, and serve both local and global communities.
In partnership with Gawad Kalinga, a nonprofit dedicated to eradicating poverty in the Philippines, your sponsorship goes far beyond a single event — it funds real-world impact. Through Gawad Kalinga’s health, education, and livelihood programs, communities across the Philippines are being transformed.
Every year, the Miss Fil-Am Florida winner embarks on a fully sponsored GK Immersion Trip to the Philippines — where she volunteers directly with GK communities, contributing to long-term solutions that uplift families from poverty. Your sponsorship directly funds these life-changing experiences.
This year, we are also collaborating with Gawad Kalinga NextGen, alongside youth leaders from the University of Central Florida and University of South Florida, mobilizing the next generation of Filipino-Americans to make a difference both at home and abroad.
